I had a server named Taylor today, and my experience was quite disappointing. It took 10 minutes just to receive our drinks and an additional 30 minutes for our food to arrive, primarily because they had only one working waffle maker. When our meals did finally come out, they weren't even warm—most of it was nearly cold. If I had known about this delay beforehand, I would have chosen something else from the menu. Taylor only checked on us once throughout the meal, and he was very rude during our interactions.
This is the worst IHOP I have ever visited. My food was served incorrectly and it arrived cold. The waitress apologized, explaining that the cook was new and that she had to step in and cook. Where was the manager? They should be the ones handling the situation, not the waitress, who is supposed to focus on customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.

The food as always was delicious and perfectly prepared. The young man hostess/waiter was professional, friendly and very attentive. We always enjoy going into IHOP to eat.
