I visited IHOP for some pancakes and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our server, Tati, didn’t introduce herself—I only found out her name from her badge. The menus were torn and sticky, which was off-putting. After taking our order, Tati brought our drinks; the cranberry juice was at room temperature, while the orange juice was chilled. We waited about 10 minutes for our meals to arrive, but my pancakes were cold (the butter didn’t melt, which was the first sign!). The rest of the food was warm to hot when it came out.
Not impressed. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast on Wednesday morning. The person who seated us left the menus on the table without acknowledging us. About ten minutes later, our waitress came over. She was friendly but seemed in no hurry to take our orders for food or coffee. The food was decent, but the portions were definitely smaller than what we’re used to. I think we'll choose a diner next time for better food and service.
I ordered pickup. I picked up my food about 5 minutes after the promised time as I usually do because I do not like to wait. I had to wait over 20min for the food to be ready. (A 930-940 pick-up time to not getting my food until 1006. I order ahead forconvenience. It is not convenient to get to the restaurant and still have to wait. The food was okay.
We live local so we've been many times. I'm happy to say they have really improved all the way around in the last year. Great service! They have a cook that can actually cook eggs! My son had the Colorado omelet it came with pancakes. Huge and delicious.I had perfect over easy eggs and extra crispy hash browns. Everything was delicious
