I called in to place a to-go order the gentleman that took my order was nice and pleasant. However when I called to pick it up the young African American lady that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional and unpleasant and ghetto she hung up the phone in my face twice and told me I had to come in and get my order. It wouldn’t have been a problem if her tone and attitude was better. I’m paying my hard earn dollars and she didn’t know if She would’ve been getting a nice tip but to each is own. Today is probably the last day we will ever go to the ihop at the university in little rock. we have been there for years because we have a great regular waitress called suzanne. today there was no parking, so parked in the curb-side delivery site. a very big female hired came out and told us rude to move us. when we said there is nowhere else to park so that we would not be able to come to dinner this morning, she said very loud and in a very rude ton said: "I don't care. you can go." we also have. and have a fantastic breakfast on the road at boulevard bistro and in the bar. that IHOP staff on Sunday needs 10/30/22 work: 945 they probably treat other customers on this wise. it will not aff...

that was the most terrible experience I had in the last 40 years on every ihop. Unfortunately no one knew what was going on and they had to take the beverage order several times and still brought all the wrong drinks when food was ordered, it literally took forever and we had no choice but to cancel our order and just pay for the drinks and go. after the attempt to go, they tried to load us $17 for drinks that were for a cup coffee that was never received, and for three glasses icy, but the reason why there were three glasses icy on the bill was because it was always the wrong icy. and the worst was all during a time when there were hardly any customers. so ridiculous! the whole thing was co...

very disappointed by this ihop! I can say that this is the first time that I actually had a complaint. today I decided to deliver online for my order Kurbside well online I chose here and waited for about 5 minutes and no one came out to see if I needed any help. I called curly picking phone number written outside and a dame with an evil setting took the phone and not even say that she would bring out my food or not, so I waited a few minutes before going in. I understand that today is Sunday and ihop is busy, but they have stacked several pick-up orders so that they treat a designated people who treat online orders with bulk money. please do it better!

We came into the restaurant at 9pm on a Sunday to dine in. We were told if we ate in we would be put out at 10pm because he, the manager, try to keep his employees on a schedule to get off at exactly 10pm. We were given our food to go and 9:25pm. We sat in the parking lot and ate our food because we were traveling. We finished eating and the kids went inside to restroom at 940pm. Why could we have not eaten at the table? This is totally unsatisfactory I am very unhappy. I asked for blueberry French without powdered sugar. But I received powdered sugar. I am very unhappy. Kids eating syrupy food in my auto. the first time here. eating was a bit spoiled. I had to ask for salsa and more acidic, even though I got a burrito. the server was nice except he did not ask if we had a filling or how to eat. but overall it was okay. I do. food: 3/5

Good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any time of the day. The seasoning was a little lite for my taste but everyone else like it. The food was good after adding some salt. The place is clean with more than adequate seating.

I had to take my son for his yearly check up early in the morning. After he wanted pancakes, so I took him to IHOP. The waitress was great and the pancakes was very good. It was a great experience.

The food was hot and fresh. Our waitress was a gem. It wasn’t crowded and the environment was nice and clean. I would definitely eat there again.
