I called to place a takeout order, and the gentleman who took my order was friendly and pleasant. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the young African American woman at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice and told me I had to come in to get my order, which wouldn’t have been an issue if her tone had been more respectful. Today is probably the last day we will ever go to the ihop at the university in little rock. we have been there for years because we have a great regular waitress called suzanne. today there was no parking, so parked in the curb-side delivery site. a very big female hired came out and told us rude to move us. when we said there is nowhere else to park so that we would not be able to come to dinner this morning, she said very loud and in a very rude ton said: "I don't care. you can go." we also have. and have a fantastic breakfast on the road at boulevard bistro and in the bar. that IHOP staff on Sunday needs 10/30/22 work: 945 they probably treat other customers on this wise. it will not aff...

The waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, she didn’t come back to check on us to see if everything was okay. When it was time to pay, I found myself still waiting for her to return so I could settle the bill and leave. I even had to get up from my seat while my mother-in-law waited for me outside. I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and found the food to be a bit lacking in flavor. Even though I ordered a burrito, I had to ask for salsa and sour cream to add some taste. The server was friendly, but he didn't check on us to see if we needed drink refills or how we were enjoying our meal. Overall, the experience was just average. I didn't order any pork because of my allergy, but they surprisingly added bacon to the mac and cheese, which I definitely wouldn't have chosen. The portion of fries was quite small, and while the turkey looked decent, I was concerned about it being soaked in bacon grease. The eggs seemed like they might have been powdered or pre-packaged. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

Amazing food and a charming atmosphere! I really enjoy dining at places where the staff shares friendly conversations with each other; it creates a warm, welcoming feeling. The dishes were incredible, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area or visiting the hospital.

The food was piping hot and freshly prepared. Our waitress was an absolute treasure. The place wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was pleasant and tidy. I would definitely return to dine there again.

The eggs weren’t cooked to my preference, so I ended up not eating them. The bacon was also undercooked. However, the pancakes, sausage, and French toast were incredibly delicious.
