terrible service, I ordered three stacks of new york cheesecake pancakes for taking over. When I arrived to get me, I noticed there were no glazed strawberries on the pancake. I inquired about the missing sauce and the cashier/server pretended not to know that this was part of the menu. she went back to the kitchen to the sauce, but came back only 20 minutes later. she was surprised to see me there and went back to the kitchen to get the sauce. it came with a tiny container that sauce for 9 pancakes, no strawberries in the sauce. the manager went to get the sauce after I had seen my frustration of the length of the time that I waited for just for the sauce. I had to wait a total of 25 minute...
When I first came in, a waitress didn't want to put us down because she was waiting for a worker. the people started stacking at the front until someone asked a manager. the manager came out of the back and sat all of us. He also took our command (in all five tables where he sat all). the manager was friendly and friendly. he ensured that the workers served all, and he checked on every table to ask how was her eating? and they still need something. the food was good. the chicken and brokkoli were very small. the chicken pliers were a bit overcooked. the eggs and speck were properly cooked and well tasted. the best was the Belgian waffel; it was great and tasty. overall I enjoyed my visit.
We got our order after 1 hour and a half! Totally unacceptable, the waitress apologized but it was 12 the place had free tables. We already had our drinks when we got the order so we had to order again. It is a shame that they make the client wait for so long. Hopefully they make some improvements soon we even had to stand up for the syrups and sauces because they were lacking staff probably.
Today is the second time that I go to this IHOP site and wait 30 minutes just to sit when the place is almost empty. I understand that places are short personal, but for a waiter to hand us over several times and not say a word?. after we had to wait 20 minutes to sit down and an additional 30 on the table before someone came and even recognized us that we have gone.
