I'd also like to mention that this was the cleanest IHOP we've ever visited. We've been to several locations with food remnants and crumbs scattered on tables, seats, and floors, not to mention bathrooms that were a mess. But this location appeared spotless and well-maintained.
However, I do have one complaint regarding the food. The chicken strips on the appetizer sampler ($15.00 for three chicken strips, three mozzarella sticks, and about seven onion rings) were overcooked and barely larger than chicken nuggets—around two inches long. They were coated in a thick, heavy batter that tasted like stale oil and flour, which was disappointing.

Food is okay. When the place is busy, the food comes out a little sloppy as if it were prepared in a rush.On regular weekday mornings, the service is n different. Takes about 10 to 20 minutes just to get your coffees or juices.I like this location for the staff, very friendly and most servers are polite, coming around to ask if anything is needed.
The New Classic Chicken Sandwich was tasty but the grilled chicken was tiny. It was cut in half diagonally for a better presentation or to hide that it was 25% of a typical piece of chicken? On the plus side, the pancakes were big, fluffy and delicious.
All dine-in guests can enjoy a complimentary short stack of pancakes today, February 13th, from 7 AM to 7 PM in celebration of National Pancake Day. Donations to Feeding America are welcome and appreciated.

I wish all restaurants could package their food like IHOP does! We always enjoy ordering from here because every meal has been delicious. The Breakfast Sampler and World-Famous Pancake Combo are amazing!
I absolutely adore the omelettes at this restaurant! They are made with fresh ingredients and come in generous portions. The pancakes are also delightful and tasty.
Sunday morning breakfast was, as always, fantastic. The service was excellent, and overall, it’s a great spot for a family breakfast.
The Big Steak Omelette and Strawberry Banana Pancakes were absolutely delicious!!! I loved them.
