It's IHOP. It is to be expected for such a place. All staff was great my waitress Lori was very wonderful! She expected needs, additional touch to make things for my guys for the first time, to eat with me alone as almost teenagers. It made it all the more memorable thank you Lori. I know it was busy, I pray that I have your name right. Have fun! Thanks for making my favorite meal, this is not on the menu, without hesitating from me to ask if it was still on the menu. Meal brunch for our immediate family of 7 during the encounter on an emergency basis here in the area due to loss of our 90 yr old family Patriarch (DFW family). Incredibly gracious employees patiently took our orders, then it came out to serve fresh, hot and tasty with each order. The Front Staff, the seating opportunity (to a short waiting list time) ..folks wait inside the entrance doors) also managed to secure a large enough table to accommodate us, including wheelchair-bound person then take food orders from our travel clothing, sleepy group with zero errors, hot and absolutely delicious!
Throughout the pandemic, this restaurant continues to have effective management and staff all around. Reliable customer service, food quality, and service delivery. All servers and managers support one another and deliver a consistently and wonderful dining experience. Great job!
