Seems grossly mismanaged. Staffing is either at a pretty bad level, or management doesn't shift team members to times when most needed. The front hostess/online order pickup counter always looks in disarray, and the front waiting area windows always have flies and fly carcasses about them. I am so beyond frustrated with IHOP right now. I do waitr, and I accepted a delivery because it said the food was “ready.” When I get there, they are very busy. Totally understandable, it’s a Sunday around noon. Well after waiting 45 minutes, no food. The woman who looked to be the manager seemed to be more worried about going outside to do whatever rather than helping the staff. The service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable—I had the seasonal pumpkin pancakes, which I liked. Overall, the experience was positive. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the wait time.
Waitress didnt offer help with to go box. Onion rings were stale. Didnt offer ice water after they brought tea w/o ice

We dine here regularly. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable!
Roach infested dining room, nasty food with no favor, rude and unfriendly staff.
