I ordered online and not only used the app to notify them when I arrived, but I also called the restaurant where I placed my order, and no one answered. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:03. I understand they might have been busy, but I didn't pick up my order until 11:24. The only reason I finally got it was that I got out of my car and went inside to let them know I was there and had called in. The only explanation I received was that they were busy; there was no customer service, no sincerity, and no acknowledgment of my frustration. This will definitely be my last visit to this location.
I visited the restaurant early in the morning when it was quite peaceful. I was seated right away, and the waitress quickly brought me the menu and water without me having to ask. My order was taken and served swiftly. What really impressed me was the friendly and attentive service from the waitress. I was happy to have cash with me that day, which allowed me to leave a generous tip for such outstanding service.

This restaurant is always an excellent option for brunch or dinner with my mom. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, and the sandwiches are quite tasty as well. I always have a wonderful experience when I eat here.
