Ihop - Reservar una mesa

tonight was the second time I ordered from them after my first experience, I was hesitant to go back and tonight confirmed that. twice I ordered strawberry banana toast to go and twice I didn't have my tip and when my man called back the restaurant, he got a posture that says the beats were in the pocket. they are not or we would not waste our time call. bad customer service cold eating

Flat out horrible, food was cold service was terrible. I believe that more effort is towards the Uber eats and Grub hub. That food is going to be cold when it gets to where it going anyway. So put some effort into the customers inside that are going to tip. Pancakes were horrible no syrup served had to ask for everything. Get it together

Waitress was working alone (2:00 pm) and did well considering she was fairly new to IHOP...seating people, taking orders, bussing tables, cash register The duty manager was NO help...did not seat people, check on patrons, etc.

I love ihop his great competition for waffle house. the food was amazing and the staff was busy and still under pressure. thank you. I recommend everyone. salute of a soldier!

the food was perfect. service was amazing. the waitresses were amazing. not complaining. Even if they are so busy, they beat it out of the park. well done.
