This place has a great atmosphere and very good customer service but the food is another story. I'm not sure what's going on but this is the second ihop I've been to where my food was not hot. My omelet was lukewarm and my pancakes tasted as if they were not cooked all the way. Like I was consuming batter. My aunt had to send her soup back because it was cold. Ihop was the place to be now I'm not sure how you store food after it's cooked or it's not cooked long enough but there was no reason for our food to be lukewarm and cold. There was only about 6 of us in the establishment at the time. It was not busy. Something needs to change!! I would have given 2 stars if the service and atmosphere...
Had the new meaty, cheesy 'N Crispy Mega Omelette. The crispy shredded hash brown topping was way too crispy (overcooked into a crunchy mass that wasn 't great), but otherwise very good-as were the pancakes. The waitress that I had at 11pm on 2/24/24 was very pleasant and accommodating. A table of very nice ladies quietly-paid for meal before they left. That has nothing to do with my review of the restaurant really, but the locals seem very nice. I was the last customer of the night. I didn 't feel rushed at all.
Pretty good food. But over priced for what you get the quality. Service was good. I heard someone ask for water and heard the server say: we only have Tap water, is that okay? If that's true that's wild lol. Luckily I don't drink water at breakfast. Please offer purified water at least. Crepes and pancakes were good and the coffee too.
Went for a family brunch but greatly disappointed with the serving size. We oredered an avocado toast and got just 1 slice of bread. I was really surprised to get just a slice. Its good for kids food options only. We came out as hungry as went in. Paid $60 for a breakfast.

Our favorite iHop location. The food is always consistent and the waitresses are always friendly. Most recently we were waited on by Jessica, she was great. The only thing we dislike is getting seated next to another table when the rest or the restaurant is empty.
Rude when i picked up my order. Then the amount of food given for the $45 price is awful. The ham alone was $6 and it’s barely anything. And everything was cold and ready 15 minutes before it said it was supposed to be ready. DO NOT COME HERE
I went there for lunch with a friend and the waitress was really nice and the food was great as usual. She was very attentive to us. Always reasonable prices on food, especially the over 55 menu!
Food was good but came at 2 separate times. Service I was waiting for my food for forever. They are the slowest there and no one was there.

Great food super waitress. Place was packed but not once did we feel like we didn't have our waitress attention.
Great service, ambiance and food. Never had such a nice experience in an IHOP
