I visited IHOP late at night after a long workday, and my husband and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. He chose the classic burger with bacon, while I opted for the Cali Turkey Melt, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious. Our hostess was wonderful, and I have no complaints about our experience. As for parking, there was plenty available, even late at night, with handicapped spots conveniently located out front. The entryway is designed with a ramp-like slope, making it easily accessible for anyone using a walker, wheelchair, or scooter.
Very nice and welcoming environment. My family and I always come in to eat on Saturday nights and I can safely say I'm constantly impressed by my usual server Diony. She's done an amazing job time and time again but tonight she left my husband and I astonished by the amount of tasks she did at once. Taking multiple orders to go, taking tables one after another, checking people out, etc. It's just simply amazing service by her over and over again. Safe to say she never leaves us disappointed.
Very poor customer service. The whole time we were there we had to keep looking for our waitress and calling her over so that we could get refills or whatever we needed while she was sitting at the lobby, on her phone all the time we were there. Not once did she come to us without us having to call her over. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food to be brought to us when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Will be going to another IHOP from now on.

The food was quite good for the three of us, and the total cost was $25, or $27 after tip. I would definitely recommend this place; the customer service was also very good.

Whenever I visit, which is usually around or before midnight, the place isn't busy, yet the service is either slow or they seat us in areas we don’t prefer and take a long time to check on us. Additionally, they are quite slow when it comes to bringing coffee refills as well.

Food was good, but they took forever on my sister's food, which we were almost finished, and she hardly got her and somehow cold. Timing was out, but the food was good. Food: 5/5
