It is a charming place and a wonderful change from fast food. A great place to meet and greet in light and feel sophisticated. Good is priced at fast food but the service makes it a special occasion. Prices are fair and very filling if you wait a little. Don't wait for special occasion, just enjoy as a special treat with someone, maybe even raise your pinky as you sip. They have a 55 plus menu that is a little less ... Still so pleasant to feel enjoyment as before, meet an old friend drive throughs. I will go back to show pics, show an engagement ring
I went to this restaurant for breakfast with three people and was disappointed to see that they were selective about who they provided service to. Despite arriving before others, we were served after those who came in after us. The experience was terrible, even though the food was decent. The service was extremely poor, and I am surprised the restaurant is able to stay in business with such inadequate service. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere to a place that values and appreciates customers like myself.
Samantha, our server, was wonderful. So polite and genuinely sweet. She even brought us hot maple syrup! Our meals, 2x2x2, were delicious! The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was perfect and the pancakes, were amazing! They were fluffy and so tasty. All I can say is WOW! Dad and I really enjoyed our breakfast. Also, I want to add, that the Host welcomed us and said good morning, the person who brought us to our table welcomed us and on our way our, they plus other servers wished us a good day and said thank you!
Food was cold and after I complained the waitress Marcella said I spoke to my manager Christina and she said she won't charge you for the lobster. I NEVER GOT IT! How are you gonna charge me for something I NEVER RECEIVED! I've been here a few times this year and this was by far the WORST experience! My son ordered loaded fries and never got them! On top of me not getting the lobster tail I ordered my sweet potato was ice cold and the corn was cold and inedible! Definitely time for new management!

After a hectic afternoon, my family and I were in search of a restaurant where we could relax and enjoy our meal without having to wait too long. IHOP fit the bill perfectly. We were promptly seated with no wait time and our food was served quickly. It hit the spot for all of us.
The farmindale ihop is great. Servers r so nice, polite and do their job well. I go every Wednesday with at least 10 friends. They set up tables. They know us by name as we go every week. They even know what we order usually. Can't ask for better. Ask for Melissa. She's the best.
After a busy afternoon, my family and I wanted to eat where we could sit and enjoy our food but still get our food quickly, this IHOP meet those requirements. There was no wait time and we were seated right away. Food was prepared quickly and hit the spot.
I was excited to try the multigrain pancakes, but unfortunately they are no longer on the menu. Additionally, they only offer regular pancake syrup which may contain high fructose corn syrup. I ended up ordering the Colorado omelette, which was tasty.

First time visiting this IHOP location. Conveniently close to Pinelawn Cemetery. Food was hot and delicious.
