Dining at this IHOP can be quite unpredictable. Unfortunately, every time I’ve placed an order here, there’s always something missing. On my most recent visit, not only did I discover that food was missing upon receiving my order, but after driving all the way back to get it, I checked the bag again and found that it was still incomplete. The staff at the front desk often appear to be confused and seem unsure about what’s happening.
I believe that tips should be an option for the customer to give, not something that is charged automatically. The server who handled my bill had a tablet, but she didn't inform me about the amount of the tip she included. It ended up being $100, and my total came to $132. When she showed me the tablet, it was only to get my signature. To me, this felt like theft. Restaurants shouldn't charge customers for tips in this manner.
We ordered the Big Steak Omelet, Cinnamon Pancakes, Chicken Fajita Steak, and Southwest Chicken Burrito. Everything was delicious except for the Chicken Fajita Steak, which seemed lacking in ingredients and flavor. The Southwest Chicken Burrito was excellent, especially with the chocolate hot sauce. They offer great discounts for seniors, which we appreciated, and they also have a special menu after 2 PM.
Food was supposed to be mixed berry topped with lots of fresh fruit. promotion was specifically for the fruit toppings, crepes arrived with sauce that tasted like pure blueberry and only had a few sad blueberries on top. Waitress was embarrassed and didn’t check on the table due to knowledge food was subpar. Feel bad for staff that have to serve such bad food. Reserva una mesa ahora
My family and I visited this restaurant. I ordered grilled chicken with fries, my sister had eggs with fries, and my father had eggs with cheese. The food tasted good, but it took a long time for our order to arrive because it was a busy Saturday morning. The waitress mistakenly forgot about my dad's dietary restrictions and the fries were too greasy.
First time we came here and we were impressed of this IHop to start with the service was awesome the workers are very kind and polite second, the food was really good also the place is beautiful I recommend this for Breakfeast.
The server kept forgetting our requests. We waited 10 minutes for our check. When we mentioned the payment, the server took the money out of the cashier's hand without any courtesy. The attitude was really unprofessional.
It gets crowded here, you have to leave early, the service from 1 to 10 is an 8, since I ordered spicy and the cost is that they will deliver it since it was so full, there were a lot of Reserva una mesa ahora
Found a piece of melted plastic in my chicken quesadilla almosted choked on it next time I will sue tried calling them they didn't answer last time I eat from
