I ordered coffee and requested water, the waitress named Francina according to my receipt brought the coffee without any sugar on the table I had to request sugar, and she didn’t bring the water. I felt rushed to put my order in with my drinks as soon as I sat down or had any chance to look at the menu. She brought out the food which was such a small portion surprisingly cause I order that meal all the time, the ham tasted sour and spoiled, bacon was burnt, the food was barely warm without any ketchup on the table so I had to get up and get it from another table. I recently visited the restaurant again, and I was impressed by the service provided by our waiter, Chris. He was fantastic! The service was quick, the tables were spotless, and the food was delicious. After a long, tiring day, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service here. Our server, Oscar, was attentive, friendly, and hardworking. The food was excellent, especially the pancakes, which were nice and fluffy. The entire restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends who are looking for a great place to eat.
The food was fresh and delicious. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked, while the French fries were hot and crispy. However, the standout dish was definitely the pancakes. They were light, fluffy, and made with buttermilk—an absolute comfort food, especially when topped with strawberries and whipped cream. The syrup was served in small, individual sealed containers, and it was nice to see the regular syrup glasses in various flavors back on the table. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant dining experience.
The food was enjoyable, although we were disappointed that they had run out of crepes. However, the pancakes with bananas and strawberries were quite good. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered the popular four kinds of syrup on the tables, which we had seen at other locations. This restaurant could benefit from a minor update in decor. The highlight of our visit was our server, a young man named Dogukan, who provided excellent service and displayed great manners. Well done!

I never expected anything less from IHOP! The pancake combo I ordered was packaged really well (I love the layered container!) and tasted delicious! It could have been a bit warmer, but that's what you get with delivery. I would definitely order from here again!

The food was delicious servers were overwhelmed in any case not their fault that it is underwhelmed, but the host and the manager helped everyone the best they could, so I did not get my rating on so that they get 5 stars for trouble
The food was delicious, and they provided us with all the necessary condiments, giving us plenty for our order. We had the potatoes and the original buttermilk pancakes (short stack), both of which were excellent.
