I visited this location today at around 1130. After being seated, it took approximately 10 15 for a server to arrive while every other table was being served. When the server finally came, one napkin was provided for 2 people but no more. We ordered chicken and waffles and my friend ordered a side of scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. When the food came, we tasted the eggs which tasted as if they were spoiled. We then asked for butter for the waffles seemingly we had to ask for every single thing that should have been provided. I would like to say that this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an ihop. first the waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for a few minutes to look over the menu and for another person coming from our party. then she ignored our table when we were ready to order. after the order, our food came out, in which she forgot the half of the meal for one of our guests. we had to ask for help from another waitress to get the missing food. then the food we received was cold speck and lukewarm spice, with raw eggs. our beautiful waitress never came back to check us out. as we continue to pay the review, we paid with the card to make it quick. then she slammed the quitting down and said...
On Sunday evening, the restaurant was quiet, and the service was quick. The waitress was very friendly and constantly attended to the tables and guests. I ordered chicken fried steak and scrambled eggs, and my food arrived so quickly that I joked it must have been from a previous customer’s unfinished order. The meal was excellent. In my experience, IHOP consistently serves good food, but it's the quality of service and cleanliness that sets them apart. This location had great service, delicious food, and was very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying meal.
Sunday evening wasn't busy and the service was quick. The waitress was very nice and never stopped moving from table to table taking care of the guest. I ordered Chicken Fried Steak and scrambled eggs. The food came out so quickly that I joked it musthave been a previous customer's canceled order. The food was very good. IHOP food has been consistently good in my experience it's the service cleanliness that makes the difference with IHOP. This location has great service, good food and was veryclean. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a delicious enjoyable meal.

My experience at this IHOP was a pretty positive one! The service was attentive and speedy; the waiter was ever bilingual so he could help both Spanish and English speaking customers. I got the French toast combo and the French toast was perfect. However, the eggs were just okay. They didn?t taste like fresh cracked eggs but rather the stuff from the bag. I also got a hot coco and they gave me tons of whipped cream so that was fun. Everything seemed clean (except a little speck of something in the salt) and well run so I will definitely be back!
Always love coming here, the food always tastes amazing and our server was so kind and came to out ever need, Coffee was enjoyable and everything came out good. Although the server forgot to bring out my eggs, once I let them know they got it to me asap. Of course it was a busy day so things happen, but im glad that she got me what I needed. This IHOP is close to home and I love coming here with family whenever I can :
Excellent food and service! The place was busy but kept clean. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn't locate our waiter for the last 10 minutes to get our check. Additionally, the wait staff informed us that we needed to pay upfront, while the front desk staff said we could pay at the table, which was a bit confusing. Overall, though, the food and service were fantastic!
It took almost 10 minutes for the server to come and take our drink order. It was not very busy and the staff was all laughing and talking in the kitchen area. Our food was good, but we were not given silverware and since the wait staff was all hanging around the kitchen it took a while to get their attention.

Great food and service! Busy but clean. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we couldn?t find our waiter for the last 10 minutes or so to get the check. Then wait staff told us we pay up front while front desk staff told us we pay at the table. Sothat was confusing but food and service great overall.
You will not be disappointed. A good place to visit with family for breakfast. Customer service is on point.
