*TAMARA*, a.k.a. the worst customer service representative in the world. We took a number from customer service at Ikea in Lyssach today (December 5th, 2024 at 5:10 p.m. . Even though there were no other customers, the number didn't change. The employees took about 10 minutes to have a conversation with each other without paying any attention to us. When Tamara (customer service finally spoke to us, she cheekily claimed that we must have missed the number. Our number was 543 and the number on the display was 541 the whole time. Zum Essen muss ich nichts sagen, jeder der schonmal im Ikea war kennt die legendären Köttbullar mit Pommes. Trotzdem empfehle das Restaurant zu meiden und dafür beim Take Away Hot Dogs zu holen. Dieses befindet sich am Ausgang gleich nach den Kassen. Die Hot Dogs sind super lecker (sogar die vegetarische Variante) und Kosten einen schlappen Franken. Von 3 4 wird man locker satt. Alternativ kann man sich eine Bratwurst mit Brot für 4 Franken oder ein Panzerotto für 2. holen.

Es ist vielleicht nicht wirklich logisch sich zu beschweren, dass die Preise zu tief sind. Ich weiss aber nicht wie das Essen dort so günstig sein kann. Wo hier die Abstriche gemacht werden weiss ich nicht, will ich auch lieber nicht wissen. Das Essen ist ganz okay. Für grosse Familien natürlich der Wahnsinn, da günstig.
I can't really describe my feelings, Ikea in Aubonne is brighter and better structured and the one in Lyssach meh meh, a bit messy, lacks a lot of items. In terms of access, it's great apart from the price of parking, that of Aubonne is free.
Didn't get a hot dog. You have to walk all over the store to satisfy your hunger. Incredibly poorly done! Edit: We were just there before opening time
