Service performance in the event of a complaint was very poor. 10/21/23 Glass etagere purchased. 3 rubber seals were missing. Complained via the Internet, received an answer on October 25th, 2023, that I should contact St. Gallen. On October 26th, 23 I was promised on the phone that I would receive a replacement by mail on October 31st, 2023. On November 4th, 2023 I was informed via email that I had not yet received anything. On November 15th, 2023 I was promised over the phone that the St.Gallen branch would get in touch with me. Haven't heard anything yet. And all the effort because IKEA sells a defective product. Customer service is different.
