PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! Out of curiosity, I went to check the toilets and was surprised to see a sign saying: “Periodic protection available at reception”. So I asked at reception and they actually had a stock of periodic protection. Although it's not self-service, it's really nice to find free protection in a public place. Small downside: there was a foul smell, but fortunately the toilets were clean. “Small gesture, big change. »Thank you IKEA! Word from a seasoned hygienic distributor, we are THRILLED.

Arriving in Vitrolles to do our shopping on a Friday evening around 6 p.m., we met a very friendly person who informed us competently and with a smile despite the late schedule. When we arrived at the checkouts, this same person helped us again when we encountered a difficulty and resolved it. Thank you so much TIFFANY.

Always a pleasure to come to this store or we always find happiness at reasonable prices. Clean store (except toilets or there is always a bad smell). Staff available and listening, with a smile. Quick and useful financing space. Outdoor parking covered and discovered.
