Ever felt unwelcome ? We booked a special evening to take our friends to dinner for a belated birthday dinner. Polite e mails were exchanged with the restaurant during the week prior to our visit. It was only when we arrived that we were informed that they required the table back after two hours. We should have been pre warned ,and they had had plenty of opportunity to do so during the exchange of e mails concerning the start time of our visit. Our server simply wanted us out from the moment we got there. There was an attitude almost of resentment that we were there at all. I went for a friend over dinner, ordered 2 pastas. I have celiac disease so I asked to get gluten free pasta instead. After waiting for a while, we get the pastas and immediately realised mine wasn't gluten free. Called the waiter to double check with the kitchen, he gets back, confirming that pasta was not gluten free and asked me if it was a problem or i could eat it regardsless (seriously? If i wouldn't notice, this could have severely hurted me). Sent back the pasta, waited for another 30 minutes while my friend was done eating. Good food but expensive and terrible hospitality. The manager asked us to leave the table now saying we had exceeded the time limit. No one had been informed of this. No warning 15/20 minutes before. Futile discussions at the table. It seems like your habit from the other comments I see. You have absolutely nothing Italian about it, hospitality first of all.
Great food and great service. I went to their branch in Riyadh many times but never tried it in London and the quality and service was equally good. The grilled octopus was delicious and served very quickly. Definitely recommend it.

Not sure why it's getting such negative reviews recently. Hadn't been since pre covid days but the food was generally good quality, the staff were polite and attentive.

Pizza was quite good, and the artichoke salad also very good. Drinks are fine. Service is very so-so, but overall a good option in this neighborhood.
Came with a friend for dinner. Polite and attentive staff. Excellent selection of dishes. Good wine list. We found everything we wanted.
