my wife had a legitimate complaint. the filling of canneloni did not taste at all and had cartilage proportions. she left the whole stuff on the teller and said when it was deleted, it didn't taste. no reaction to it, not even an apology. we had to make it with two waiters. none of them was friendly. my pizza was good.
