beautiful ambiente, friendly reception. menu on large panels, apparently with many day-to-day. beautiful selection, there is something for everyone.Grosse portioning, well prepared and visually very appealing. especially tastefully very convincing: the carpaccio with jakobsmuschelen is a beautiful combination, the vitello tonato also very tasty. the butter fish excellently fried, exactly at the point. the tagliolini with crabs and jakobsmuschels good, but not quite as convincing as the rest.Very good wein - it is rare to find a roero arneis from the piemont.Only restriction: the waiting time for the appetizer was very long, which was probably at the full restaurant. still. that must go faster. the main course was then quite fast, so all in order and quite recommended.
We had a mid-week dinner with a group of 10 at this Italian restaurant. We found the staff very friendly. The restaurant provides extensive daily specials to supplement the menu that are presented at the table on a large easel vs. having the staff recite. I ordered a salad to start and then finished with a tagliatelli in a meat ragu. The pasta portions appropriately are about half the size of a typical American Italian eatery. The food was fine but not memorable. Like European restaurants our family lingered without any pressure from the staff to leave.
The Il Carpaccio is located in an old windmill building and a really nice setup. Itallian cusine and very well served and prepared. Helpful personnel and waiters, make reservation not to be disappointed. The have the dishes and menus on a chalk board and the waiter enthusiastically explains the dishes. Listen to his recommendation!
for Christmas dinner we were this year in the il carpaccio and were all very satisfied by the bank.The ambiente is definitiw above average beautiful. the service was super and above all friendly and attentive. the dishes are also above average good. the prices are fair, but nothing for the small wallet.Only recommended!
