Vor einiger Zeit hat es uns mal über einen Deal zu diesem etwas außerhalb in einem Industriegebiet versteckten Juwel in Aachen geführt. Damals war der Koch Milan noch eine One-Man Show und schon damals hat uns das ehrliche Konzept wirklich sehr gut gefallen.Das Konzept: es gibt eine kleine Karte, auf der es einige Stammgerichte gibt. Diese wird bereichert durch Specials oder Wochengerichte, die sich dann auf der Karte wiederfinden (z.B. einer Gänsekeule zu St. Martin, aber auch von der Saison völlig unabhängige Dinge). Was immer das oberste Gebot ist: es wird alles frisch zu bereitet. Dabei ist es auch völlig ok, wenn man ein Hauptgericht auf der Karte, mit der Beilage eines anderen Gerichte...

Wir sind im Januar 2017 fast durch Zufall auf das Restaurant-Bistro aufmerksam geworden. Seit dem haben wir die Speisekarte von oben nach unten durch mit allen regelmäßigen Änderungen. Das Bistro ist vom Start weg zu unserem Stammlokal geworden (wir gehen beruflich bedingt mehrmals in der Woche Essen, mal Mittags mal Abends). Kleine Karte mit frischen Produkten immer frisch gekocht aber gut vorbereitet keine langen Wartezeiten. Es ist vielleicht nicht billig im sinne Imbiß aber mit Sicherheit absolutes Top Preisleistungsverhältnis, Getränke zu super fairen Preisen. Please note that WAZE directed us to the company entrance of the "Deutsche Post". The location is just around the corner at the end of a small street behind "Deutsche Post".

4 km from the zoo of aachen and near the autobahn, I wanted something original for the children and found it in il cavallo, as we could see the horses after lunch. eating is really good and at a very reasonable price. the position is immaculate and supervises the horses during training both inside and outside.
