It's not often I leave a TripAdvisor review but I loved this place and they really deserve this feedback! I am here on a business trip and came to Il Centro as it looked like a nice and welcoming atmosphere. They were able to find me a table straight away in a cosy corner. All the members of staff were very understanding that my German was very poor and that I would rather speak English, and the service was excellent. It was also helpful that the menu also had an English translation something I generally haven't seen elsewhere so it was appreciated! Despite it being an Italian restaurant (usually my favourite cuisine) I ordered the more traditional schnitzel and fries. It was delicious. All...
We found this restaurant by accident but lucky for us. It was always busy during the day and so we were very lucky that Pietro remembered us, and we were able to get a table for dinner without a reservation. Although the menu was not extensive, it had a lot of variety. The food coming from the kitchen all looked very appetizing and our dinner selections were excellent, especially the ravioli in herb sauce. Also important to mention is that the food was served nice and hot. The service was very attentive, especially Pietro. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Great service, super friendly quick. The salad was tasty, with a nice dressing, however I was disappointed with the main course. I've tried schnitzel in a number of places in Austria and Germany and this was probably the worst, it was really overcooked and not flavourful at all. If I was reviewing on food alone I would've only given it one star, but the server was probably one of the best during my visit to both of these countries.
This restaurant is in a good outdoor location in the centre of the old town in Graz. There are lots of other restaurants nearby and the area has a good atmosphere. The pizza was excellent and the spaghetti with clams was good. Service was fast and efficient and prices were reasonable.
