Il Cibo - Reserva de mesa

I love watching a city come alive, and there’s no better view of people arriving for work or study than Il Cibo in Freo. Love the funky Freo interior too. There are lots of little nooks and cranny places to enjoy your bite to eat as well as outdoor dining. Service is at the counter and I ordered the Belgian waffles with banana, cream and butterscotch sauce and long Mac topped up. I perched on a stool near a window looking out towards the grand Freo train station; beautiful view. My coffee arrived quickly and was good. Came on a gorgeous, sunny Friday morning for breakfast with a friend for her birthday. Lovely surroundings and such a nice, chilled vibe. We both ordered Marilyn juices, I got the baked eggs in tomato sugo without the bacon and my friend got the muesli. Both dishes and the juices were really healthy sizes and we left feeling satisfied. The wait staff are friendly and chatty and are happy to make small changes to the menu. The eggs came with 2 slices of bread which was not enough compared to the amount of sauce that needed mopping up, but other than that everything was perfect! Not a spot for me for a regular breakfast as it did come to $50 for two, but for a special occasion I’ll definitely...

Vino aquí para el desayuno en el día de Año Nuevo. El menú del desayuno se ejecuta hasta las 2 pm, que tuvo la suerte de nosotros, ya que estábamos un poco lentos para ir a esta am. El menú es extenso. Pedí la tortilla blanca del huevo, pregunté si podía retener el Feta e intercambiar un lado del aguacate, lo que no era un problema. La tortilla era bastante grasa y el aguacate podría haberlo hecho con un poco de limón, ya que sabía un poco. ¡Los cafés y los jugos salieron antes de que incluso decidiéramos a dónde sentarnos y estaban deliciosos! Un montón de asientos. Muy lindo y acogedor. El servicio fue maravilloso.

Been here numerous times, food is quite good (not the cheapest but no the most expensive). Coffee is good but it appears beans have changed and this has altered the flavour and the texture of the coffee, still quite good though. My only gripes are that the customer service is at times a bit average and that when taking away  they ask for your name but when orders come out they don't use your name and as has happened to me twice someone else who was there after but ordered the same thing snaps up my order leaving me waiting more than I should. Super fresh Super good!! We went for a early breakfast the coffee came out not long after we sat... Which was good. The food came out pretty fast it was fresh exciting!!! I got the 'Leek Bacon potato Cake. Poached Egg Hollandaise with crispy Pancetta!! I absolutely loved the Crispy Pancetta it was just right... As I am not a huge fan of pan fried bacon strips... But this was a really good substitute it tasted sooo nice with the eggs potato cake!! Well Done! Missy_K

Loved this bustling eatery which does great coffee beautiful homely looking cakes sweets.  The citrus ricotta cake was an absolute dream on a plate I have to say!! Muffins were probably the largest I have seen for some time, but after the huge slice of ricotta cake coffee I couldn't fit it in unfortunately.

For a quick morning coffee and a pastry on route to Freo station Il Cibo provides a solid option. <br/ <br/ Plenty of tasty treats as well to get your morning off to a sweet start. <br/ <br/ Good service and a decent brew at a decent price. Worth a drop in.

Lindo cafe. Pequeño pero pintoresco. Puede ponerse muy ocupado a veces, pero el personal es genial. Magnífico servicio, el personal siempre está sonriendo. La comida es vibrante y fresca. Las bebidas son excelentes. Lo hará aquí de nuevo Reserva una mesa ahora

Buena selección de jugos saludables, desayuno y opciones de brunch. Ensaladas frescas muy sabrosas en la selección para tener con sus comidas, sin embargo, un poco en el lado caro.

Desayuno antes de Ferry a Tightty. Muy esponjoso plátano fresco y manzana muffin. Refrescante batido de fresa, no demasiado dirigido, como lugares medios.
