Il Colosseo - Reserva de mesa

Went here for dinner with a group of colleagues and really enjoyed the experience. Based in an old bank the restaurant provided us with a friendly welcome by the family owner; such old-fashioned a welcome is to be celebrated and made us settle in for a lovely evening of good food and nice drinks. Plenty of choice was provided and the pizza and pasta dishes were well cooked and nicely presented. I have not been here before this visit and after this experience this will certainly not be the last time that I eat in this great new discovery. Easy parking on the street outside was an added bonus and I can heartily recommend this place.

We had not visited this restaurant in a while, but it was just as wonderful as before. The atmosphere, food, and staff were all excellent. The flavors were delicious, and the elegant white tablecloths, cutlery, and glasses were spotlessly clean. The waiter was attentive without being intrusive, always appearing at the right moments. While it may not be cheap, the prices are justified by the quality of the experience. I would gladly wait three months to dine at Il Colleseo rather than go out elsewhere. The menu is fantastic and the staff strike the perfect balance of hospitality.

This is our go-to favourite for a treat or any occasion and we’re never ever disappointed. It’s a friendly, lively place with a bit of atmosphere and fresh, authentic food. Always greeted with a warm welcome. Last night we enjoyed starters, mains and desserts, the only problem is making decisions on what to choose. Prawns and chilli, mozzarella and roasted veggies, garlic bread. Pizza, salad, steak with peppercorn sauce. Followed by profiteroles, Irish coffees… a real treat.

I wanted authentic Italian dishes and that's exactly what I got at Il Colosseo. The classic menu featured old favorites and the food did not disappoint. What really made the evening special was the serving staff - they were friendly, efficient, and just so good at their jobs. The best pizza, garlic bread and desserts in the area! The food is delicious, never had a bad meal here. Always think im too full for dessert but then the trolly comes out and you can’t resist, and I wouldn’t recommend resisting as they are mouth watering. The staff are an amazing comedic duo and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

On New Year's Eve, we had a fantastic night at this restaurant. It was busy, but the staff was attentive and accommodating. The white tablecloths added a nice touch, and the food was delicious as always, especially the dessert - panettone with Tia Maria. Jerome and his team are truly exceptional. Thank you for a memorable evening.

Arrived last night for our usual Friday night meal , the restaurant was filling up fast due to an exhibition being on in the town , but the staff were their usual friendly selves food was great and atmosphere was buzzing . Such a special place with special people , well done Jerome and team

I got to say, this place is now one of my favorite restaurant! I go to this place almost every month now and the food is just very comfy! It gives me and my family comfort and transported us to Italy! I always recommend this to all of my friends. Don’t change! Reserva una mesa ahora

Been twice in October. Perfect fillet steaks every time. Good friendly service. Bruschetta and mushroom starters are great, The king prawn dishes are big. The pizzas are lovely.

Not been for ages- now wondering why?? Really decent food. Good service and all very enjoyable. Really enjoyed the banoffee pie.
