I don't come here often as it is quite far but the food never disappoints. There is a wide selection of food on the menu all made fresh. The asparagus menu I had the ravioli to start and it was impeccable !!! Then for our main course was beef stroganoff which is cooked at the table . You cannot order this menu unless it is 2 persons or more . Then to finish we had the tiramisu which again you feel like it has come straight from Italy but better! The Swiss quality of Ingredients has you wanting more from even the butter on the table! This place will not disappoint. It is very cozy and warm as you feel like you are in a cellar with the natural stone surrounding you.
Good food, but two menus were disappointing. I do expect meat sauces to be homemade. But we definitely noticed that they came out of a can/box..gravy ready made. What a shame. We were expecting more quality. I guess it depends what u chose. We didn't have pizza. Service was friendly but we had to wait unbelievably long for everything. We went on a Friday night.
Dem Zügelessen vom März 2025 folgte die Geburtstagsfeier meiner Frau am 01.02.2026. Das gesamte il Faro Team macht ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Dem Geburtstagskind schenkte il Faro ein Happy Birthday Tortenstück! Besten Dank dem il Faro Team und weiter so!
Schlechte Qualität und sehr hohe Preise. Früher waren die il Faro Pizzas eine der besten, heute eine leider eine der schlechtesten. Auch das übrige Essen ungenügend. Das hat leider nichts mehr mit Italienervzu tun. Schade.

Very tasty pizzas and nice atmosphere. We recommend. I was there at lunchtime and everything went very quickly. The staff was also very friendly. I would like to come back at the next opportunity.
Immer wieder schön hier zu essen. Tolles Ambiente und freundliches Personal welches sehr aufmerksam und engagiert ist. Das Essen ist von frischer Qualität. Komme gerne wieder!
Immer wieder gut für den schnellen Mittagslunch oder ein feines Abendessen. Schneller Service. Einige Parkplätze ums Haus. Sehr enge Ausfahrt.
Lunch menu: Soup of the day, small salad, roast beef sauce Béarnaise fried potatoes, small dessert. Fr. 19.50
