Il Forno is located on the 4th floor of the new section of Mayorca mall in Itagui.They have a large menu and I was attracted to the Caesar salad and lasagna but decided to try their Tomates Rellenos de Solomito for 13,900 pesos. My girlfriend ordered the lasagna with chicken, ground beef, and mushrooms for 17,900 pesos. I also ordered the minestrone soup for 10,200 pesos for us to share. First they brought the soup but my request for a 2nd spoon was ignored so they lost a point there. The soup was hot (in Medellin soup is often served barely warm), it didn’t contain any beans and was very tasty so they gained a point there. We arrived earlier than last time (about 1:30pm) and had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. We started with their minestrone soup which was just as good as our last time here. She ordered their fish (verona) and pasta combination, which included a salad, and a mango juice. I ordered the lasagna bolognesa which came with a couple small rolls and an iced tea. El lugar ubicado en el último piso de los Molinos siempre tiene buenas opciones para comer y el servicio es delicioso. Voy a menudo y siempre es mejor que la vez anterior. El menú tiene muchos tipos de comida, pero recomiendo el Spaguetti a la Carbonara, es delicioso incluso si no te gusta mucho la pasta.
