Just went here for an early sunday night dinner with my gf. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and our food was out in record time (there were only two other tables with people while we were there so we got lucky). Food does cost a pretty penny but the quality is amazing, i got Linguine con Pesto with proscuitto and tiger shrimp for $24 and they don't skimp on anything, there was almost as much protein as pasta. For people who say the servings are small I call major shenannigans, I'm 6'10' 300 pounds and I can easily down a pound of steak, two potatoes and a half pound of asparagus. Last month we had a lovely celebration dinner for our daughter at Il Gabbiano. Thank-you so much to Joe and JohnFranco for organizing such a great dinner party.Our party of 30 people was held upstairs the atmosphere and decor was elegant with candles burning and soft music playing in the background.The food was fabulous, thanks to chef Shawn. Have dined at numerous Italian restaurants and this was by far the best most authentic since I was in Italy for a month. The calamari was perfectly grilled, not breaded and deep fried. The seafood linguine was loaded with shrimp, calamari, muscles, lobster. This entre is so large I could not even finish the delicious fresh homemade linguine. My friend had chicken marsalla which was the best she has ever experienced. The caesar salad could have had more garlic and anchovy flavour but that is judt our personal preference. Tiramisu and lemonchello capped a perfect dinner.

My Dad , my sister Lissy and I had a Valentine Dinner there tonight. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed and seated. We were very impressed and said to ourselves 'Hlope the food is great ' because we already loved it there. We 'll be back and back! Our waiter Jesse was just perfect in every way and we 'll request him. The food was amazing and now we have found another great place! Thank you for the lovely experience!

Went here on a Saturday with my girlfriend, you need to call ahead of time to make reservations but luckily they had one table left. Had a delicious pasta dish as a main and my girlfriend had an equisite salad. We also both had the butternut squash soup as a starter. Not cheap but it's a fine dining experience and it was well worth the money. Great atmosphere, great service and outstanding food!

My Husband and I had dinner here before the Aretha Franklin concert on Feb.13th and I must say the food and service was GREAT!!! I am not big on Italian, but I wanted pasta and we made a good choice selecting this restaurant. Not only was the food good, but our server Andrew was very nice too. We will definitely be back!
