Overall we were all mixed with our meal. Like many reviews we found it expensive for the dishes served. 19€90 of the carbonara, one expects to have some 'high-end', but already the portion is average so for a man who is rather greedy, it won't be enough to hold you. Personally I didn't find the dish hot enough. The concept of torching to grappa and putting the pasta in the parmesan mill is a great concept, put it forward!! On a wagon for example and show it to customers! The seasoning was top and the presentation of the dishes was very beautiful.
We were delighted by the discovery of this Italian restaurant in the heart of the historic centre. We enjoyed the quality Italian products (coppa, delicious Parma ham, dried tomato... , pizzas are excellent, tagliatelles with truffle also. The welcome is warm. Very good address!
A good way to test an Italian restaurant is to order classics: the Carbonara is very well made, the cooked pasta al dente, and the Regina pizza is excellent, a light paste and fresh ingredients. Congratulations!
Home very pleasant, the dishes are excellent as the wines. The sweet tiramisu is simply divine. For those who confuse a restaurant and buffet with a stomach filling, choose a Chinese road or canteen!
