Il Pizzaiolo Wood-fired Pizza

Only a couple of minutes off of highway 80 in Colfax. Parking in front is sparse, but we we're lucky and got a spot on the street right in front of the door . We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Sunday night and it was not crowded. Happily they stay open until 8 pm on Sundays. The 11.5 wood fired pizzas are excellent, as is the Caesar salad, and the food came very quickly. They have $6 draft beer specials and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. My only complaint is that if you want a diet soda, you are stuck with Diet Coke. Trivia: they go through a cord of wood every month

My wife and I love this place!! If we go to the pizza, it's the place where we go!! It is a traditional Neapolitan pizza so easy to know that. All we have tried is delicious, thin crust, deep dish, Caesar salad, Tiramisu? Bottle coke! And everyone we've ever met is super nice and friendly! Prices are also super reasonable? especially given the quality!! Don't go wrong!

Hot meaty made delicious pizza every time! An extensive menu with unique toppings and really good specials. Really good employees here who know what they do and never even had a problem of any kind so my families favorite pizza place.

This is really the best pizza I ever had and I think about it almost every day. I'm sad I live so far away. Campania Pizza is a must! Such amazing quality ingredients and the owners are super friendly!

I love this pizza place. Food is amazing. Call, they're open. I have driven a handful of time to a paper sign on the door that opens at a later time. Surprising if you live half an hour away.
