We had dinner at this restaurant 5 times, the last week of June 2013. It is located at the no. 5 great road of oletta, immediately after St. Florent, on the road leading to oletta (tel. 04.95.35.30.57). Fortunately, it was recommended to us by Italians from the campsite la pinède, where we stayed, because we had not found any opinions about it. they all speak Italian: the owner, antonio, is naple, very kind and helpful. the restaurant has a large parking. quiet place, unlike other restaurants of Saint florence: we have especially appreciated the distance between the different tables, and the width of them. It has plenty of space for outdoor meals. We ate the best pizza of all the time, the calzone I took was unmatched, a perfect cooking, among the ingredients even the freshest ricotta ... they told us that all, even the flour, comes strictly from the beautiful paese, and at the end, the hand of antionio is really magical. One evening, we had dinner with a dish recommended by them because they had fished lobsters shortly before: in fact, the plate of tagliatelles house with lobster and cherry tomatoes was excellent and inviting, so much so that the next night we asked again! prices, professionalism and kindness in the service, clean bathrooms.Maybe have a place like this in italia ...

We tried a different restaurant every night whilst on holiday In Corsica.This was the only one that let us down.Unfortunately the service is appalling.There is no service. We were ignored before we ordered, after we ordered and trying to pay the invoice.Even when we did get someone’s attention, we got no response and had to ask another waiter the same question in a hope someone would answer our request.There are lots of great, hardworking restaurants in the area, so I advise to give this one a miss!

we have tried another restaurant every night on holiday in Corsica. that was the only one who gave us up. unfortunately the service is appalling. there is no service. we were ignored before we ordered after we ordered and tried to pay the bill....Even if we got someone's attention, we got no answer and had to ask another waiter the same question in a hope that someone would answer our question. there are many great, hard-working restaurants in the opposite, so I guess this one miss!

superb place shaded its extraordinary kitchen the servers coming to its dishes cooked. pasta with gambas and sauce without forgetting their homemade desserts. A place came alone in a couple. or friends
