Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal da und es war für uns das letzte mal. Wir hatten nicht resaviert und eine Begleitung zum Tisch war unmöglich, da im ganzen Restaurant 6 Gäste waren die versorgt waren. Vorspeise wurde 3 Minuten vor dem Hauptgang gebracht, obwol bei der bestellung gesagt wurde zum Getränk bitte. Die Salamipizza (33) hat sehr säuerlich geschmeckt, die Penne mit vier Käse (62) sehr lieblos angerichtet und der Käse wurde wohl vergessen , die Pizza Calzone (43) war ebenfalls säuerlich und die Pilze musste man suchen und die 3 Nudelsorten mit 3 Saucen und Käse überbacken (76) war ein Witz es bestand aus 5 Tortellinis, 8 Pennenudeln und ein paar Fäden Bandnudeln zur Sauce sie war sich...
Auf einem Kurztrip nach Cloppenburg hatten wir uns diesen Italiener für ein Abendessen ausgesucht. Mittags hatte ich uns einen Tisch reserviert. Abends angekommen wurden wir freundlich empfangen und an unseren Tisch gebracht. Wir entschieden uns für Wein und Wasser, Suppe und Bruschetta, Tortellini und Pizza. Alles wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit serviert. Frisch, lecker und genau wie erwartet. Ich kann mir daher einige Rezessionen nicht erklären. On a short trip to Cloppenburg we chose this Italian restaurant for dinner. I reserved a table for us at lunchtime. When we arrived in the evening we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. We chose wine and water, soup and bruschetta, tortellini and pizza. Everything was served to our satisfaction. Fresh, tasty and exactly as expected. That's why I can't explain some of the recessions. The staff, the boss and his wife are open and friendly people. If something was wrong, it would definitely have been sorted out. We'd love to come back, that's how an Italian should be. Everyone can make it. Very few can get the flavour just right. Now, being Scottish, I'm used to lean beef steak mince in a good lasagne. I think the mice in the lasagne at Gianni was pork, but you know, it didn't matter. The pasta was just right, the sauce was a combination of creamy and full of flavour and with the perfect combination of ingredients, I doubt I will order lasagne elsewhere for some time, for fear of being disappointed. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team who are very friendly and helpful. Service is rapid too. Price is very good for such a high standard of food and service.

Wir hatten vom naheliegenden Wohnmobilstellplatz nur ein paar Schritte zu gehen und haben es nicht bereut. Sowohl die Pizza Capricciosa als auch die Pizza Quattro Stagioni waren reichhaltig mit frischen Zutaten belegt und hatten einen dünnen Boden, wie wir es aus Italien kennen und lieben. Bad food, old coke without bubbles. No spices. Eat the lasagna but we're disappointed, it was overcooked, tasteless and without white sauce.
