Etant natif de la région d'Agen, quand on me parle de restaurant italien, je n'ai souvenir que de pizzerias plus ou moins excellente. Etant en vacance sur Agen, ma soeur nous a proposés de découvrir ce restaurant italien. Quelle agréable surprise ! Pas de carte où s'étale une liste de pizzas ou de plats à base de pâtes. Nous sommes dans un vrai restaurant italien, plutôt sicilien (les patrons sont de la Sicile). Pas de carte; le choix des plats est présenté sur une ardoise comme dans un bistrot parisien. un menu unique entrée+plat+dessert; pour chaque 2 plats au choix. Pour un menu à 15€. We found this restaurant on TA because the restaurant in the hotel was closed on a Sunday night. Unfortunately, they did not open until 7.30 pm, so we reserved a table and had a little walk around the town. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We...chose the mixed antipasto to share for our starter it was very nice, but one of the little nibbles (possibly the caponata on some bread) was a bit gritty, and the deep fried balls of something were quite dry. My husband chose a ham and aubergine pasta, and his portion was huge. I chose what I thought was going to be a veal ragu with pasta. we were looking for other restaurants that were opened for tripadvisor and all were closed. we found this and it was good. Sicilian cuisine and weine. good quality very helpful and friendly staff that had much to do...with, as there is more non-French than French in restaurant and they not English very good. but quality made to eat home and decent weep. the nero d’avola was a fair price for france) at about 19 euro, and it was really ok to cause. recommended

True authentic sicilian food full of amazing flavors and tasty presentation. On top of that, the prices are reasonable. The one restaurant that you can not miss when visiting/ living in Agen. The restaurant is ran by a Sicilian family, very friendly and accommodating. It's...a place where you can go with your family or friends to enjoy delicious food and a relaxing time. C'est incontestablement le meilleur restaurant italien d'Agen.Un accueil souriant, des plats typiques et finement préparés, une présentation des assiettes recherchée, un service de qualité ... le tout dans un cadre simple mais très agréable.Musique italienne en fond sonore et authentiques Siciliens aux commandes ... c'est un voyage en Italie assuré !Rapport qualité/prix imbattable... foncez !!

service well. cosy seating on the street. weinliste sparse. meal uneventful. balsamico vinegar over most of the meals did not work for the taste. although auberginen parm very delicious.

Nous avons pris le menu a 21€ il me semble, c'était délicieux, hyper copieux, on ressent que les produits son de bonne qualité, les mélanges sont parfois originaux mais on s'est regalé !

We took the diner menu for 16€: entrée, plat et dessert. Good price/value! Very friendly staff. Would recommend.
