We booked this hotel for a short holiday. We had a sauna and a pool to relax. Another reason to book this hotel was that no dogs are allowed on this hotel's website. This was unfortunately a false information of the hotel, which was not so great for us and has upset us very much, but at the hotel we had this well solved and so we stayed at the hotel, which we do not regret. The staff is simply super in the hotel, you feel very well over all areas from the reception. Only by all friendly staff at the hotel, we will come back sometime. The arrival took place with a hotel voucher. Already on arrival we were very impressed at the sight of the hotel. At the reception we were received by Mrs Wacker, she was extremely friendly and accommodating. We immediately offered the transport of the suitcases to our hotel room. From the size of the hotel room we were very impressed, the bathroom was perfectly well maintained. The food at the hotel has impressed us very much. The service team was always helpful and friendly. The hotel's own parking spaces were very many, a barrier-free access to the hotel is also available. My husband and I were in this hotel for a night. The staff is incredibly friendly. You feel very comfortable and welcome. We were more than enthusiastic about the room. Super clean and cozy furnishings. The beds were also very cozy. All in all, the rooms and the hotel are super lovingly furnished. There was also a very good selection for everyone. We also liked the spa. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. We would recommend it to everyone.
