At the beginning of this year's QLB visit we had a little bite in the bear. The central ensemble in 1A location directly on the marketplace has a large outdoor area with 2 houses (café and restaurant, well maintained interiors, bar and courtyard. Already the offer boards attract guests and inform about the very extensive, solid offer. Well-organized, trained and politely friendly employees have the area well in mind and grip; as well as the extensive and diverse creative, interesting map in Quedlinburg is by no means standard. Despite the typical GDR classics, wild, light cuisine, cakes and cakes as well as small and creative international are offered here. This is true in some other locals, but the bear makes this really good here in QLB, unlike the rather low standard of Saxony Anhaltinian cuisine! Nevertheless, the slightly increased prices remain absolute and in quality. Taste, spice and taste variety was served with our tomato soup Toscana (4,20€) and the Soljanka (4,60€) with crispy tasty baguette, beautifully high quality and classic professional. The tomatoes go along richly original typical and slightly piecey a large dish extremely tasty sustainable. The Eastern classic with cream fraiche might play a little thin, but with a lot of use very good and pleasant acidity. This plate also led to a pleasant saturation. The regional Müller Thurgau (6,50€/0,25l round and harmoniously a good companion in sunny weather. Solid tasty and creative, high-quality cuisine that we found confirmed during follow-up visits. A bona fide electronic ordering system from Kellner is only available upon request. Conclusion: In addition to Theophano, Coinsberg Klause and the noble Wyndham, one of the first addresses of the city is safe from eating. Those who want to save disappointments and hot air are here!
