However, last time I had to find out that the oberkellner (smooth, stylistic polohemd) has probably risen to head the success of the last few years. on demand of my dayd dances to the preparation of the chosen suppe, only the eyes were repeatedly twisted. the initial friendliness had been applied and stalked from the beginning, but in the course of the process - especially due to the increasingly arrogantly movable of the oberkellne...
we were with several business partners in the evening in the restaurant. the card is small, but for every taste there is something. unusual combinations make the dishes become a real experience. so, for example, the cauliflower soup was orientally spiced and sprinkled with brombeer and nuts. very tasty. I chose a pork-back piece with poppy-scooked noodles, Bavarian herb and elderberry sauce. also the dessert has been delicious. the wine card keeps great drops ready. we would be served by chef and chefin. very accommodating, polite and attentive. I also like to come back privately and can recommend it to friends of the somewhat extraordinary kitchen only warmly.
we love this evergreen. at the menus we often go home at the newsletter to read the water in mouth together and on the teller it will be an eyewitness and an absolute taste experience each time. in the evergreen is very fond of experimenting and from it there are great combinations that we have never had, for example, celery cream soup with black supplements, such as lakritzsauce or olive paste, or lobster with **** mary sauce, which sounds strange at first, but is absolutely great taste. for us there is no better restaurant in halle and from our own experience we can say that the evergreen can also keep very good with the French star restaurants.
who wants to spend a special (long) evening, is absolutely right in the evergreen! For quick-setting, the restaurant is less suitable. above all, the multi-course menus offer incredible surprises; composed of ingredients that you do not consider combinable, which are created extremely fresh and tasty. is recommended to drink the chefin with expertly chosen, explained and served. bravo that the team has the mut to such a highlight in halle.
