Imo's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

The worst experience o have had with Imos. Picked my order up and when I got home they had given me someone else's pizza. I call the store and the girl who answered the phone had a difficult time understanding I was given the wrong pizza. When she finally figured it out, she said your pizza is here and you can come get it. I told her they needed to deliver it because the mistake was on their end. It was a pizza specifically ordered for kids and the pizza that I got in error they would not eat. She had to put me on hold to talk to a manager. This went back and forth. OMG. it's a good thing that most people get their orders delivered. I walked in, ordered 10 til 6pm and received my order at 6:35pm. All 4 young boys working (I realize it is hard to keep people these days) were not wearing gloves and the boy that took my order had the filthiest hands, so gloves would have covered that up. Dirt around all fingernails and the sides of his hands. Bet the health department hasn't visited this place since it opened. I will not be returning as I am worried about my daughter's pizza making her sick.

Whomever is taking orders on the phone has no business interacting with the public in the role of customer service. Long drawn out pauses, weird growls and throat noises, struggling with basic words and delaying and starting the process over for no appearent reason. It's Halloween we had a long evening and just wanted to enjoy a pizza and a movie. Whatever woman was on the phone needs to be replaced. On a side note how about more than one driver on Holidays.

Restroom was not big enough for the wheelchair.Received a pie that wasn't cutVery young people working there.A person with a firearm on their belt gave me the creeps. They 're awesome and they really like to produce a chill atmosphere and really put forth a great effort to make sure the customer feels welcome and invited. They 're cool and make an absolutely delicious product. Is that enough for you yuppies!!!

Pizza was different then I'm accustomed to (I'm from the east coast) but I absolutely could not stop eating it. Absolutely addictive!

You mess up a order so I drive to pick up the rest of it and you want to charge me full price smh I’ll use a different imos from now
