Imoto At Buccan - Reservar una mesa

We had dinner at Imoto last night. We arrived a bit early and our table was not quite ready so we accepted seats at the sushi bar. This was a great idea that I would highly recommend. First, watching the preparations is quite interesting. Second, the noise level in the sushi bar is significantly less than in the restaurant proper. So, we could actually have a conversation during dinner. We started with the Edamame that was seasoned with sweet soy and sea salt. This is a preparation that I have not had before. We had an extraordinary night out at Imoto! Not only were the sushi rolls, Hamachi Kama, and duck tacos impeccable, also their inventive cocktails were a pleasant surprise. From the moment I took the first sip of their creative concoctions, I was transported on a tasteful journey that perfectly complemented the exquisite sushi. The mixologists here are true artists, blending flavors in ways I had never imagined. The ambiance created a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. I can't wait to return and indulge in both their sushi creations and their masterful cocktails once again!

This is our second time visiting Imoto. On both occasions we received excellent food and service from Désirée and the team. This is now a regular destination for us.
