We regularly go to this restaurant and we think that the cuisine is different to the usual sweet and sour pork etc. The cooking is subtle and whilst Phyllis can be offputting if you don't know her, be prepared to ask her what she recommends and what size serves she recommends. Her advice is always sound and she will often suggest something different to balance the tastes and flavours. Great dim sum at lunch time! I have been there for lunch during weekdays when table is available. It can get real busy during weekend but the wait time is usually less than 15mins. When it gets busy and noisy, the staff and manager may appear to be shouting, it is easy to call them rude when they really are trying to keep a noisy restaurant under control. I have no complain on the service when I brought my baby there.Besides the tasty dumplings and BBQ pork bun/tart, their custard tart is gorgeous. Highly recommended.

I recently discovered this place a few months ago and I cannot recommend it enough. Expect hot, fresh and tasty dim sum here! There place just keeps getting busier and busier every time I go. The first time I decided to try the dim sum at this venue I was a bit put off by the exterior, however, I can now look past this because the dim sum is just too good. I should note that the decor within the restaurant itself is quite nice and well put together.

Tried calling up to obtain a tax invoice for accounting purposes on behalf of a staff who dined there and I had to deal with the manager who was rude, completely tech clueless - does not even know how to send an email. On top of that she took it out on me as if it was my fault. Don't care if the food is good but I won't ever be dining there and I would implore my boss to please reconsider this restaurant! Went to this restaurant last night with an old friend. I understand their dim sum on Sunday's is excellent but Saturday night,the meal we had was overpriced and atrocious. $5per GLASS corkage... Food tasteless, bland and overpriced.....definitely would not recommend or go again.poor service..

Can't count the number of times we have been to the Imperial Court and this place always amazes us. One of the best restaurants in Perth for dumplings.
