The restaurant looks great and has a lot to offer, which it does. I prefer to focus on the positives and ignore the negatives, but Imperial Gluten Free Bakery didn't quite meet my expectations. I was hoping to buy ready-to-eat gluten free bakery treats, specifically a gluten free pie that wasn't a biscuit. While they do offer a variety of gluten free pies that are 100% gluten free, they were only available frozen. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to enjoying a gluten free pie and coffee for lunch. Unfortunately, my plans were thwarted by gluten. Cheers!
Been there several times to buy GF bread and baked treats. They have quite of range of different GF items all baked on their 100% GF bakery. They also sell their baked products across Sydney and they can tell you where to get their products near you. If you live nearby or are driving by, stop by for freshly baked GF items rather than the usual preserved GF items. Nice people too.
I visited this restaurant today around 12:30, but it appeared that the bakery was closed even though Google indicated that it was open. I appreciate the response and apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully, the staff will be able to find more members soon. I will visit again when it is open.
this is a bakery supplier, as far as the best day to go for the wide range of sweets and that is on Saturday. this place has the best fried zimt donuts that do not even taste how they are gluten-free! we tried the fried donuts at nutie and they do not even compare!

The gluten free bread is delicious, tastes like normal bread. Reasonable prices and they have an eftpos machine too. We also picked up gluten free chocolate eclairs and gluten free pizza bases! Will definitely be returning.

The best gluten free bread I’ve had. A must try if you are gluten free. All their breads are on point, so happy to have found this place.

I have recently switched to gluten free. The bread is amazing. Fresh, light and fluffy and above all, tasty!
