When you visit a fast food restaurant and see everyone working together as a team, short wait times, and a clean environment, you know you're in for a good experience. But at this In-N-Out, you also get the pleasure of interacting with some of the best customer service professionals in the industry. They are personable, respectful, courteous, and they even bring your food to your table. They did an awesome job! I wish more places were like this one. I wonder if they offer customer service training classes?
IN-N-OUT burgers are consistently delicious. However, I have a couple of complaints: the fries tend to get cold fairly quickly, especially after about 30 minutes, and the wait time for takeout orders can be quite lengthy. In my case, I waited 39 minutes and 27 seconds for my order at 3:33 PM. Despite these drawbacks, the food is definitely worth the wait. Overall, while the long wait times might make me hesitant to return, the delicious burgers make it a dining option worth considering.
The burger was tasty, but I always ask for it to be cooked extra, extra well done because it tends to arrive pink. This is our second visit, and unfortunately, the fries were dry and overly crunchy—not the good kind of crunchy! Given that this is the second time we've had issues with the fries, I doubt we’ll be returning.

Whoever was making the fries should take a week off without pay. How do you forget to put spread on animal fries? Thanks for ruining my night! Besides that, the burger was amazing.
One of the best burger you can get. Cheap price and pretty fast service. The fries is kind of dry, I just don't know if it's thier standard or what. Over all , it's 5 star for me.
This restaurant was quite good. The burger and fries were tasty. While some of their other locations may not be as great, this one definitely hit the spot.

The buns are incredibly fresh, and they never hold back on the vegetables. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
Employees very courteous and helpful. They keep things very neat and clean.
