My experience at In-N-Out Burger was the worst I have ever had. We visited the restaurant on a busy Sunday night, and while I was able to order quickly, we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our food. I would have appreciated a heads up on the long wait time. When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing. The French fries were the worst I have ever tasted, overcooked and chalky. The burger bun was also overcrowded. I didn't complain to the staff about the quality of the food because we had already waited so long and had to leave.
