For me, no visit to Antigua would be complete without a dinner at Inca Restaurante. The menu is fabulous, with traditional Peruvian dishes as well as some fusion dishes. All fresh, all homemade. The number 4 Peruvian chicken with cilantro (just look under the Pollo column) is our favorite, but you can 't go wrong with any choice. Try their ceviche, or their octopus appetizer. Someday I would like to sample everything on the menu. They also make good cocktails and provide some of the friendliest service in town. It is a small family run establishment, providing an intimate romantic atmosphere and inviting warmth.
We stopped in for lunch and were the only table occupied. We have been to Peru twice, so were familiar with Peruvian foods and cuisine. After looking over the menu, we decided to try the ceviche (as typically the Peruvian version is different from either the Mexican version or the Guatemalan version. We were not disappointed, as the ceviche matched our memories of some of the best we had in Peru. We did feel that the prices here at the Inca Restaurante were somewhat high compared to other similar quality meals in restaurants in Antigua.
La comida fue horrible. La ensalada de espinacas estaba cubierta de jarabe de arce, los otros 2 platos tradicionales no tenían sabor y el pollo estaba quemado por el congelador. Todo esto por un precio muy caro. Lo único bueno que puedo decir es que el personal de espera era bueno, ya que tenían 5 personas de pie alrededor jugando en sus teléfonos porque no había clientes... ahorra tu dinero y no vayas aquí.
Fuimos aquí con mi esposa, que es peruana, ya que extrañaba algunos sabores de su país. En primer lugar, la comida carecía de sabor y se sirvió seca y fría. En segundo lugar, el camarero no mostraba interés en atendernos, mala atención y nunca preguntó cómo estaba la comida. En tercer lugar, el interior era muy aburrido y de mal gusto.

We live in Antigua and were in the mood for something different Antigua is packed with many good restaurants. I honestly walked away Extremely satisfied! The food was great and the server Carolina was very friendly and sweet. It has been a while since I enjoyed myself this much.
Took large group to Inca Restaurante and enjoyed every moment. Fantastic traditional Peruvian food from ceviche to chaufa and from fish to steak. Make sure to eat at Inca if you’re anywhere near Antigua. Buenísimo!
Muy promedio (tal vez incluso debajo) experiencia alimentaria peruana y vino muy caro. Teníamos Lomo Saltado (ok), Causa Rellena (que vino sin aguacate, muy decepcionante), Aji De Gallina (ok).
Si estás en Antigua con un grupo o como pareja, debes parar a Inca Peruano para auténtica comida peruana, servicio de alta calidad y un ambiente familiar. ¡Gran gente y gran comida!
