Upon entering the restaurant, it was clear that a party had caused chaos in the main dining area, with dirty dishes scattered across every table and confetti strewn about. Despite the nearly empty parking lot, a group of young men were gathered around the cash register, engaged in a boisterous conversation. We were seated at a small table within earshot of their lively discussion, with a portable heater pushed aside to accommodate us. The room was uncomfortably cold, forcing us to wear our coats throughout the meal and move the heater closer. Trying to converse over the trio's loud banter was a challenge. The food and service provided by the previous owners were excellent, but unfortunately, the new owners are the complete opposite. The service is very poor, with wait times ranging from 30-45 minutes. Additionally, they forgot to bring us our dessert and still charged us for it. This restaurant used to be one of our favorites, but I don't think I will be dining here again.
My fiance and I went on New Years day for a phenomenal dinner, we both ordered the India House Non Vegan dinners and oh my goodness the flavors of everything was out of this world. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful with questions we had since it was our first time there. We will definitely be coming back
The service at this restaurant was subpar - our food arrived late and it was very disappointing. They even served two tables that arrived after us before us. Worst bhel puri. Only onions. Paneer Masala gravy was tasteless and paneer tasted like cardboard. Garlic Naan was soggy. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Is this how you represent Indian food. Disgusting. Never coming back again. I wish I had some way to shut you down.
