India Nepal Oven

I have been to 10-15 Indian restaurants since moving to CO last year, and before Nepal Oven I hadn't found any in the state I would go back to. This food is on-par (if not better) than some of the best Indian food I have had in California, the East Coast, or my ex-girlfriend's mom's house. I could not recommend them enough. If you live in CO and love Indian food, you need to come here Vegetarian options: They are flexible to make almost anything vegan, have a large selection of vegetarian dishes, and a responsive staff.
