There is no doubt that this place is doing good business, but after trying there food I can say that the food portions are good, but the taste is only average (good for Swiss/other nationals), but for me as a food I would say you can go for the vege, but the lamb was easy to chew and even after heating in a pan for 30 minutes it was not changing what shows that the quality of the lamb was not.
See this little jewel of a place while you are looking for a quick lunch. We order the Lammessenzeit-Special with a Samosa, it was all delicious, the most perfect Indian in Switzerland so far. It's a simple, take away space without sitting. After we tried many different Indians in the area and come from England, we can say that this is by far the best in Switzerland.
This is my go-to place for comfort food in Zurich. The rice and roti dishes are all excellent! Sadly, they run out of roti before the end of the night. I would get the samosas again, but probably not the lentil doughnuts since they were a little dry. I wish they made spinach more often.
