Lunch review: We were first time visitors as a party of four - two adults and two children. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 PM and found the restaurant to be completely empty. We were seated quickly and ordered three mango lassis and a matha (chaach) which were deliciously creamy. For our main course, we enjoyed Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer, spicy mixed vegetables, six Tawa ROTI with butter, one PARATHA, and one Naan with butter - all of which were very tasty. I live in San Jose and yet I travel around 47 miles to dine at this place with friends. Hands down the best North Indian food you can imagine. I have tried so many places in California and still this is the best Indian food. Dal Makhani top notch! They do understand what Dal Makhani is and how it is supposed to taste! Amazing. Didn't like the Paneer Tikka Masala much because it was sweet but everything else Dahi Kachori, Naan's, Amritsari Kulcha, Laccha Parantha, Tandoori Roti's were amazing. Great vegan options and very accomodating staff, even if something isn't vegan you can ask them to make it vegan and they usually can. But the vegan options are clearly marked anyway. The food was delicious and there's a beautiful outdoor patio area. I love it here
