Indiana Cafe seems really a successful formula with it's pulsating atmosphere, delicious Tex Mex menu, and generous ' happy hour'. The hotel is located on a sunny corner right behind the forum of the hall, with a terrace full of trendy young things from all over Europe... drink cocktails and enjoy the early evening sun. The service is fast and efficient and there is a good selection of background music, including James Brown and other souls, jazz radio dance tracks. exit with friends, mojito on a perfect terrace. then we decide to eat on site but in the room. the reception is pleasant but the music too strong makes the discussion difficult. We order the dishes and a bottle of wine. First problem, the bottle is already reached when it arrives on our table! Second problem one of the ordered dishes is not the right however the exchange is no problem. Finally, the quality of the dishes is mediocre, little taste! we have experienced much better before the relocation of the establishment.
Overall the service was rather correct only hic the bad character of the server.Unpleasant, direct reproach to the customers, not arranger. The server clearly lacks professionalism. This should review the way of taking care of the client by giving him the desire to return and not the contrary.
