OWNER IS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!! I am a regular customer and have been for years. Cannot fault the food, or the waiters as they were lovely and made the effort to make sure we had a pleasant meal.However when it came to pay the bill the owner was outrageously rude!! There had been a miscommunication regarding a set meal deal, and we had been over charged drastically. There was no rudeness or anger from our side we just assumed it was an honest mistake. But the owner was rude from the get go. He was shouting at my boyfriends mum and pointing his finger in her face over the counter.I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life!! I will not be visiting again!
I have visited this restaurant multiple times now, and each time, the service has been excellent. The tables are consistently clean and the entire establishment is well-maintained. The atmosphere is pleasant, with enjoyable music playing softly in the background. The waitstaff is well-dressed and courteous. The food is consistently fantastic, freshly prepared and delicious. This is definitely a place worth visiting. Service: Dine in.
