Fabulous Hotel, privately owned and run, staff couldn't do enough for us they were all so friendly helpful especially Valeria. Location is 5 minutes from the main lift and an easy stroll through the lovely town. We were a large group so some stayed in the older rooms which are spacious and quiet but we stayed in the newer wing where the rooms are newly converted, very nice but slightly noiser as the car park is outside. Buffet style breakfast with a cooked option available as well, all lovely and fresh again all the staff very helpful and friendly. The Bar is very pleasant, Sam on the Bar very friendly helpful, a live band played on the Wednesday evening which was great fun
Great venue, easy distance to the slopes. rooms are very clean warm and fitted to a lovely standard , breakfast Is excellent with a wide choice, and everything freshly cooked couldn't faulted in anyway . Great spar Fantastic for relaxing after a hard day . But most of all amazing staff right across every level of the hotel and so friendly you feel like you're staying with family. And all your ski hire sorted at the hotel. You really don't need to do anything. Can't wait to come back soon such a warm welcome awaits everyone
No shutters in the rooms, no , but the staff does not speak French very well. the spa costs €10 per person per hour, which is a shame because the jacuzzi pool does not work. The location of the hotel is great, located 3 minutes from the city center, accessible on foot, no need for a car to get around.
beautiful establishment held by fare an English impression of being in angleterre car English staff...but good...room not rebuilt the next morning and tv out trade gesture offered in counterpart small dej dear to quality... beautiful room still good stay bine placed

Stayed at the Chamoir recently out of season. Yes was quiet but the staff were helpful and nice. Met the owner and he was very helpful too. Great location to get to. And great position in the town, short walk from any shops and restaurants and the ski slopes.
Excellent stay in this hotel for the New Year's weekend. Very well located. Beautiful room, comfortable bedding, beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast, and we were able to enjoy the spa and massages. Friendly staff.
Our 3rd stay at Chamois D'Or and we had a lovely time. Staff are excellent, rooms are well looked after and we enjoyed the steam room! Breakfast was superb!!! Hoping to come back again in 2025
We went to the golden chamois in September and loved it. A pleasant and available staff, clean and comfortable rooms, an ideal location in the resort. I highly recommend!
